Provide onsite SAP BASIS application administration expertise for Defense Information Systems Agency
Essential Job Functions:
Our full-time senior-level SAP BASIS ERP Analyst will provide day-to-day SAP BASIS application administration, operations, and sustainment support including transports, configuration changes, and upgrades covering the following SAP applications:
SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Central Component (ECC)
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
Product Data Management Initiative (PDMI)
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
Business Intelligence (BI)
Open Text
Kona collaboration tool
SAP High Availability Analytical Appliance (HANA)
Solution Manager (SolMan)
Netweaver / Portal
In addition, must have extensive experience providing application administration support (to include configuration changes and upgrades) covering Non-SAP COTS and custom applications including:
JDA Manugistics
Integrity Single Sign-on
Hadoop
Citrix Database
Control M
SAND
Netegrity Single Sign
A typical day could involve:
Providing configuration management support for integration and tracking of infrastructure and security changes between application developments into live production architecture
Providing service desk management/integration support for cross-domain/organization integration and coordination
Conducting daily application checks and perform follow-up tasks.
Maintaining alert and event management configuration, and respond to event management alerts.
Monitoring and responding to problems as they occur.

Basic Qualifications:
BS or equivalent +9 yrs. related experience or MS +7 yrs. related experience
Active Top Secret or Secret Clearance with SSBI (Single Scope Background Investigation). Secret Clearance with NACLC (National Agency Check with Local Agency Checks and Credit Check) is not accepted.
Some experience with the following:                        
Providing IT Continuity of Operations (COOP) / Disaster Recovery plan management support for updates to documentation, site test plan and design, and annual tests supporting business requirements
Providing capacity management support for continuous monitoring and predictive modeling of growth.
Providing performance management support for continuous monitoring and predictive modeling of system performance
Additional Qualifications:
Technical certification to meet DOD Directive 8570.1M compliance (IAT II)
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
Ability to set team and individual priorities and monitor their status
