The Recruiter role requires full life cycle recruiting with an emphasis on Lifesciences. A successful candidate must be an independent self-starter with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service and outstanding research capabilities. The recruiting and staffing professionals serve as a member of a team that works remote supporting customers focused on attracting and retaining professionals currently supporting Lifesciences, Biotechnology.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Recruit for personnel on assigned programs, to include sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling, interviewing, assessment.
- Coordinate with peers supporting departments to ensure timely recruiting process.
- Track steps in compliance with all legal requirements for services rendering.
- Track and analyze industry awards, trends and highlight hiring data
Extensive experience with supporting Lifesciences
Strong writing and social media publishing
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and contact management software.
Prior or current experience with an active duty or reserve component of the U.S. military is highly desired. Certifications or degree in business or a related field are great but must have experience with recruiting and supporting Lifesciences Biotechnology.
