Formal education or degree is not a requirement for this role actual experience, military service, industry, or trade experience where you would obtain these computer aided design | drafting skills will be considered. 

The tempo of this company is entrepreneurial and creating a new division focused on Photovoltaic/Solar and has an immediate need for someone who wants to make an impact and be a part of this growth. You must have experience working in a similar role using CAD software tools or producing designs, plans, building materials, retrofitting pre-existing structures, final design to codes, engineering permits, etc., and hit the ground running in this role as you will be responsibilities for the production and organization of many diverse perpetual projects hands-on nails dirty drawing sets and exhibits; interpretation of mark-ups and modifications of drawings; transformation of initial designs into drawings using CAD software; and developing layouts and drawings to meet architectural/engineering specifications which will be used for Technicians conducting final solar installations. This role is highly visible and preferred locally to the DMV Germantown MD. but flexible. The current team is looking for this person to want to be a part of rapid growth. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently delivering results with little direction and also with others at times under tight deadlines. This is an established business expanding its offering so there is plenty of room for advancement. This is a full-time role. Salary will be commensurate with the experience.
