High school diploma or GED. An associate's degree or certificate from a trade school or equivalent experience with the installation of solar modules to code and specifications. 1-2 years of mechanical, trade, electrical, training or experience with common hardware tools and tape measurements is preferred. Good mechanical skill set, such as: working with hands, tools, climbing, good sense of balance, bending, kneeling, crouching, etc. Work safely on roofs for extended periods of time; ascend and descend ladders. Regularly lift and move up to 40 to 50 lbs. Ability to control fear of heights and be a teammate. We are looking to hire in Delaware, New Jersey, Florida, Maryland, and Virginia.
