Systems Architect, SAP, DISA

Systems Architect to provide onsite application subject matter expertise for Defense Information Systems Agency – Ogden, UT.
Will provide coordination between mission partner development and sustainment organizations and our customer’s production personnel for implementations, upgrades, releases, application changes, transports, and migrations for DISA and mission partner programs. You should be knowledgeable in the following SAP and Non-SAP products and applications:
  • Systems Applications Products (SAP) Enterprise Central Component (ECC)
  • SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • SAP Business Warehouse (BW)
  • SAP Product Data Management Initiative (PDMI)
  • SAP Business Objects Enterprise/Business Intelligence (BI/BOE)
  • High Availability Analytical Appliance (HANA)
  • HANA Sidecar
  • SAP Open Text (OT)
  • SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • SAP Process Integration (PI)
  • Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
  • Green Light
  • Netweaver Portal
  • SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT)
  • Non-SAP products and applications and components including:
  • Web/platform specific technologies for JAVA and .NET
  • JDA Manugistics
  • Netegrity Single Sign-on
  • Account Management Provisioning System (AMPS)
  • Custom Applications
In addition, must have knowledge of the operation of the following infrastructure elements:
  • SAP Routers
  • Oracle SuperCluster
  • Citrix
  • Windows OE’s
  • HPUX OE’s
A typical day could involve:
  • Leading regularly scheduled application team meetings to review current tasking, bring up technical issues, and collaborate on implementation of new functionality
  • Working closely with application teams to resolve trouble tickets
  • Creating and reviewing change requests
  • Planning and leading quarterly patching
  • Provide after hours on-call support on a rotating basis
  • Maintaining your working knowledge of the applications and hardware operational functions in order to provide subject matter expertise
  • Supporting a Disaster Recovery environment to including creating and updating a detailed DR plan
Basic Qualifications:
  • BS or equivalent + 9 yrs related experience, or MS + 7 yrs related experience
  • Active Top Secret or Secret Clearance with SSBI (Single Scope Background Investigation). Secret Clearance with NACLC (National Agency Check with Local Agency Checks and Credit Check) is not accepted.
  • Technical certification to meet DOD Directive 8570.1M compliance (IAT II)
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Ability to set team and individual priorities and monitor their status
